Since I was little I have been surrounded by cameras, photos and photographers. It runs as a joke in my family that everyone is a photographer. From my uncles and aunts to my cousins and close friends. Several of my family members have worked as professional photographers opening their own studios.

However, my start to photography delve into photography on a family vacation toFrance and Italy in the fall of 8th grade. During this trip i was able to capture photos of Florence and the Sacré Cœur.  In my sophomore of high school my family was lucky enough to buy our first DSLR, the Nikon D5200. This camera accompanied us on hundreds of family vacations and day trips to door County, Parferys Glen, Vancouver Canada, England Ireland, Scotland and Spain.

During my sophomore year in college my Uncle gave me his Nikon D200, my first professional DSLR. I immediately took this camera with me where ever I went.

My training with photography has both been through self taught and through school. I have a Photography minor from Edgewood College. But prior to obtaining the minor i had taught my self how to compose images, and work my camera. I did this though going and shooting with my friends, teachers, several local photographers and my uncle.
